Иногда я затрагиваю темы о качестве ИТ специалиста. На мой взгляд это очень полезно, т.к. сравнивая свои знания и умения с какими-то конкретными параметрами у человека появляется мотивация для саморазвития.
Сегодня обнаружил несколько вопросов по общим ИТ темам: сети, железо, AD, Exchange и представляю их вам.
У меня есть четкие требования к хорошему ИТ специалисту, например знание английского, умение печатать слепым способом уже говорят о многом. Хотя после моего доклада о навыках для хорошего ИТ специалиста я получил ответ, что все это ерунда, главное — технические знания.
Сегодня наткнулся на пост Daniel Petri с вопросами для тестирования кандидатов на должность системного администратора. Кто из админов не знает имя Daniel Petri — это плохой ИТшник 🙂

Так вот, если Вы проводили собеседования на должность сисадмина, то наверняка испытывали проблему с подбором вопросов для соискателя. Вроде все просто, но так вот сесть и написать десяток заковыристых вопросов … не очень просто. Можно конечно и тест поставить, но важно ведь смотреть, как размышляет человек, следить за его логикой, задавать наводящие вопросы.

Нужно проверить и себя, уже вижу несколько вопросов на которые я могу беседовать, но точно ответа уже не помню, а в некоторых не понимаю что именно спрашивается. 🙂
